The agents do ninety-five per cent of the work. What is left is project knowledge that isn't in the drawing: exactly what has to be quoted along with it, material you cannot read off it. Anyone who knows the job knows that — no estimator needed.

If your estimator goes on holiday or retires, the quoting process doesn't stop. Their way of calculating is in the system by then.

As soon as you regularly quote custom work from drawings. A self-employed maker with a few quotes a month saves just as much time with it as a company with a full-time estimator.

Because it is real work. Our quoting specialist recalculates a few of your finished projects and records your calculation rules, surcharges, hourly rates, margins and sheet waste. We connect your materials and suppliers, put the quote in your house style and walk alongside you for the first weeks.

Without the setup, the system calculates with assumptions. With it, it calculates the way you do.

Not straight away. The first two weeks after go-live are free: if it doesn’t suit you, you stop. If you carry on, you sign a one-year contract and pay monthly.

The system fetches the current prices from your suppliers.

If a surcharge, an hourly rate or a margin changes, you adjust it yourself. You don't need us for that.

Then it becomes an open item.

Everything on the drawing where it isn't clear whether you supply it — appliances, loose furniture, third-party work — appears visibly in the calculation. You put it in or take it out.

Your projects, drawings, calculations and quotes live in your own environment, stored encrypted and sent encrypted. Only your people can reach them. We have access for maintenance and faults; what we may and may not do then is set out in the data processing agreement that comes with the assignment.

To read a drawing, it goes to an AI model over a business connection. Business terms apply there: your drawings are not used to train models and are deleted at the supplier within thirty days. What the system knows about your way of working sits in your own configuration — and that is yours.

How strictly you calculate is a choice, not a formula. We record that choice the way you make it — including the sheet waste you allow for. If the policy changes, the system changes with it.
